Business Support - I have a wealth of experience from management within civilian and military backgrounds including Project Manager of a £118m aircraft equipment and software project, implementing lean methodology within a factory environment and holding airworthiness responsibility for military aircraft. Since leaving the RAF in 2006, I have successfully project managed (and did the work myself including plumbing and electrical work) the alterations to install 2 large en-suite bedrooms to our house and jointly manage our B&B (including the accounts) and running my web design business. I am available to review your computer systems, files and networks or investigate your working procedures and processes to identify areas of duplication or waste. I can provide a report on my findings and make recommendations, based on your needs, for streamlining your business ultimately saving you time and money.

My support rate is £40 per hour.

 

Temp Work, Short Staffed?

If you need a short inject of man hours to catch up or are short staffed in the office, myself, or my wife Trish, can be available at very short notice to help you out for a short period. Trish has extensive office experience in the following areas:

  • Fenland council as a litho printer and in the housing department
  • 8 years in the prison service as parole clerk and pay and expenses clerk
  • 6 years in the MoD controlling equipment contracts and working in the travel cell
